With my love of ancient history, finding these gorgeous beads crafted from ancient roman glass was a thrill. Roman glass such as this is mostly recovered from ancient perfume bottles and similar vessels. They have developed a lovely patina over the millenniums. These pieces are pale green. There is a prehnite gem rondelle set between the sterling silver horseshoes. They hang long, at about 4 inches, but are comfortable to wear.
